Radish Mayonnaise

 

Try a different way of serving radishes

 

Ingredients

  • 8 - 10 radishes
  • sufficient mayonnaise or salad cream to coat

Method

  1. Take 8 to 10 radishes
  2. Grate the radishes and place in a bowl
  3. Add salad cream or mayonnaise
  4. Stir well
  5. Cover and place in the fridge to cool

    Goes well with a salad and also with fish.
